2. 00:57: We carried out comprehensive troubleshooting via out-of-band remote access. The server system, hardware and local network settings were all normal. We confirmed the fault lay with the US data center and submitted an urgent support ticket with relevant diagnostic information.
3. 01:48: Data center engineers confirmed the issue stemmed from a misconfiguration on the server's connected access switch
4. 01:52: The data center finished correcting the switch configuration, and we verified full network recovery.
Total outage duration: 77 minutes
Root Cause: This incident was caused by the data center’s switch configuration error, there were no changes or faults on our server equipment.
