- Governing Law: Laws of England and Wales (corporate governance only). This Policy applies exclusively to non-UK, non-Mainland China users; UK GDPR, Chinese data/network laws and local consumer regulations do not apply.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), the following definitions apply, and are fully aligned with the Asirui Networks Ltd Terms of Service and Privacy Policy:
- Agreement: The Asirui Networks Ltd Terms of Service, of which this AUP is an integral, binding, and enforceable component.
- Services: All cloud infrastructure, virtual private server (VPS), dedicated server, network hosting, and related services provided by Asirui Networks Ltd.
- Site: The official website of Asirui Networks Ltd, including all subdomains, account portals, and associated web properties.
- Client: Any eligible individual or legal entity (excluding UK and Mainland China persons/entities) that creates an account, purchases, accesses, or uses the Services.
- Asirui: Asirui Networks Ltd, the sole service provider and controller of the Services.
- System: All network infrastructure, servers, hardware, software, and platforms owned, operated, or managed by Asirui.
- Restricted Jurisdictions: United Kingdom (GB) and Mainland China (CN); no Services are provided to any user in these regions.
2. Scope of This Policy
This AUP sets out permitted and prohibited uses of the Services, and applies only to eligible non-UK, non-Mainland China Clients accessing the Services. Any access from Restricted Jurisdictions is an immediate material breach of this Policy.
By accessing or using the Services, you unconditionally agree to comply with this AUP, the Agreement, and the Privacy Policy. Asirui retains the sole and final right of interpretation for all provisions.
This AUP does not apply to:
- Services provided by third-party vendors, platforms, or websites linked to the Site
- Activities conducted by Asirui as a data processor on behalf of a Client, under a separate written agreement
- Any user or activity originating from the Restricted Jurisdictions
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services for any activity that violates applicable laws, infringes third-party rights, disrupts System integrity, or harms other users. All activities below are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach:
3.1 Illegal & Unlawful Activities
- Using the Services to engage in, facilitate, or support any criminal activity, including fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, financial scams, or exploitation of minors
- Violating international export controls, sanctions, or trade restriction laws applicable to eligible jurisdictions
- Hosting, storing, or distributing child sexual exploitation material or any content that harms minors
- Infringing the privacy, personal rights, or intellectual property of any third party
- Accessing the Services from, or providing Services to, any person/entity in the Restricted Jurisdictions
- Circumventing IP geolocation blocking, VPN/proxy filtering, or any regional access controls implemented by Asirui
3.2 Network Abuse & Service Interference
- Launching or facilitating network attacks: DDoS, DoS, port scanning, vulnerability scanning, brute-force attacks, SYN/UDP floods
- Excessive network usage that degrades service quality for other Clients, including artificial persistent connections or bandwidth abuse
- IP spoofing, forging network headers, or using unassigned IP addresses to conceal identity
- Operating open relays, open proxies, or unsecured services vulnerable to third-party exploitation
- Interfering with Asirui’s network, mitigation systems, or infrastructure stability
3.3 Email & Messaging Abuse
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM), mass commercial messages, or violating international anti-spam regulations
- Hosting content that causes IP reputation damage or blacklisting of Asirui’s network assets
- Email bombing, message flooding, or forging sender metadata to impersonate third parties
3.4 Intellectual Property & Copyright Infringement
- Hosting or distributing copyrighted, trademarked, or patented content without lawful authorization
- Circumventing digital rights management or content access control systems
- Asirui responds to valid copyright infringement notices in accordance with applicable international law
3.5 Malicious Content & Software
- Distributing malware, ransomware, spyware, trojans, botnets, or any malicious code
- Hosting phishing websites, scam portals, or content designed to steal credentials/financial data
- Distributing tools or instructions to facilitate any prohibited activity under this AUP
3.6 Security Violations
- Unauthorized access to Asirui’s Systems, third-party infrastructure, or user accounts
- Unauthorized penetration testing, stress testing, or security scanning of any System
- Bypassing firewalls, access controls, or security measures of any network or system
4. Fair Usage & Service-Specific Rules
All Services are subject to fair usage to ensure stability, security, and equal performance for all eligible Clients.
4.1 Bandwidth & Resource Fair Usage
- Shared/unmetered bandwidth and resources are subject to fair usage limits. Sustained excessive usage may result in rate limiting or traffic shaping
- Unauthorized operation of file hosting, CDN, or bulk storage services that consume disproportionate resources is prohibited
4.2 DDoS Mitigation Services
- Mitigation is provided for legitimate unsolicited attacks only; intentional attack simulation is prohibited
- Asirui reserves the right to null route IPs or suspend services to protect network integrity
4.3 Content Hosting Rules
- You are solely responsible for all content hosted on the Services; Asirui does not pre-screen user content
- Adult content is permitted only if fully compliant with applicable laws, non-exploitative, and age-restricted
- All content must comply with international laws and the terms of this AUP
5. User Accountability & Responsibilities
- You are fully liable for all account activity, whether authorized or unauthorized
- You must prevent third-party misuse of your account and ensure compliance with this AUP
- You must implement adequate security measures to protect your account and Services
- You agree to cooperate fully with Asirui’s investigations of suspected AUP violations
- You indemnify Asirui against all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your breach of this AUP
6. Consequences of Violation
Any AUP breach triggers immediate enforcement action, at Asirui’s sole discretion:
- Formal written warning and mandatory corrective action
- Temporary restriction of network access, bandwidth, or service features
- Service suspension pending investigation and remediation
- Immediate account termination with NO REFUND for severe, repeated, or illegal violations
- Permanent ban from all Asirui Services
- Disclosure to law enforcement or regulatory bodies as required by law
- Legal action to recover damages and enforce contractual rights
Asirui may act without prior notice for security risks, illegal activity, or Restricted Jurisdiction access violations.
7. Copyright Compliance & Violation Reporting
7.1 Copyright Infringement Notices
To report valid copyright infringement, submit a formal notice to:

All notices must include full identification of the work, infringing content, contact details, and a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury.

All reports are investigated promptly and enforced in accordance with this Policy.
8. Policy Updates
Asirui reserves the right to amend this AUP at any time to ensure compliance, network security, and service quality. Revised terms are published on the Site with an updated revision date.
Continued use of the Services constitutes unconditional acceptance of all changes. Material updates are notified via Site notice where required.
